Changes in the demand for money under conditions of constant supply can often be inferred from the turnover rate of the money supply, usually called the velocity of circulation [see Money, article on velocity of circulation ]. This will depend on many other factors as well. It has helped lift hundreds of millions out of poverty around the world and holds the key to our future prosperity. The one who holds the mortgage, such as a bank, holds the money in an "escrow" account. And if you're anything other than a damn fool, you'll cherish it like your very life. Given the differences in talent, tenacity, prudence, and willingness to work, it is surely not justice to distribute goods on the basis of equality, or even need. Monetary policy should be used to limit unemployment, albeit in a rules-based framework. 3. Before this freedom was given, other systems of the social classes were implemented in various countries setting the example of inequality, which has therefore inspired the freedoms that American’s enjoy.
