This is a great place for a view. Good for walkers. Took about 1.5 hours to do the walk up and there\'s a tour half way through the forest and talking about the ebony. There\'s also a jeep for those who don\'t fancy the hike. The views from the top were breathtaking.

We had a full day tour booked that ended up being a private tour of the south west island. Despite the wet weather we had a great time. Our guide was so good we booked another private tour for the north. Due to the wet and cloudy day it was hard to see got black river gorge and the 7 coloured earth which really needs the sun to be spectacular.

We opted for the private tour of the South West of the Island which made for a very interesting day out. We particularly enjoyed the Hindu Temple with our tour guide\'s great explanations, and loved the Rhumerie tour! Our tour guide Michel made this day extra special, he was extremely passionate and knowledgable... make sure to ask for him if you take this tour... you won\'t regret :)

It's hardly surprising that the Himachal Pradesh are choice destinations for honeymooners: here the world's most exclusive hotels compete with each other to attain ever-greater heights of luxury, from personal butlers and private lap pools to in-room massages and pillow menus – not to mention sensuous spas. But if this is not in your budget, don't let that dissuade you from buying a ticket to these destinations. Small, family-run hotels, bed and breakfasts and self-catering establishments offer a closer-to-the-culture experience at prices that won't require you to re-mortgage the house.
